Resident Evil 3 Remake was released on April 3rd, 2020 but unfortunately it is not as good as its predecessor Resident Evil 2 Remake. Although the gameplay is good, the game is very economical and simple.

The debut of the game was greeted by many players with great expectations as Resident Evil 2 Remake was a huge hit with audiences and critics. The new game features the much-feared and beloved Nemesis, a semi-intelligent zombie monster chasing our beloved protagonist Jill Valentine through the streets of Raccoon City.

RE3 Remake shares a lot of similarities with its predecessor, which is a very good thing, and brings with it some new features. Changes include dodging Jill and Carlos, which add all the speed to the gameplay and make the player move quickly through the scenario. This, in addition to the pressure exerted by Nemesis, makes Resident Evil 3 Remake an action-packed game.

In addition, Nemesis, the series’ vicious monster, also does very well, chasing Jill throughout the game and evolving along the way. Which makes the player feel really suffocated and scared at all times. It is worth noting that Carlos and some other characters in the plot are also very interesting.

Still, Resident Evil 3 Remake has its flaws, and they’re not just details.

negative points

The biggest problem with RE3 Remake is its duration. The game can easily be completed in 6 hours, and if you manage to beat the game and decide to play it again, you can complete it in just two hours. The replay factor is also very low, with no mercenary mode or b-side, giving the player no reason to start all over again.

Another thing that bothers you is the difficulty level which is very low. Resident Evil 3 Remake even has several difficulty modes, but there isn’t much of a challenge in the normal mode, which the vast majority will start the game with. So this confirms the fact that once the game is done, it loses a lot of its value.

Finally, the last obvious flaw in the game lies in the dialogues between the characters. They even have some inspired moments, but these are few, causing the game to miss great opportunities. Because of this, charismatic supporting characters are shallow and undeveloped, in addition to Jill herself, who looks a little artificial at the beginning of the game.

That was our take on Resident Evil 3 Remake. But obviously the best way to be sure about the highlighted items is to play the game.
